Midwest Bank Corporate Headquarters

The new Midwest Bank administrative office building is located in Norfolk, Nebraska at the southwest corner of Highway 275 & 25th Street.

This new facility is constructed on land being developed and was master planned for office and future commercial / retail uses.

The bank is the first building on the property is a 3-story structure above grade level of approximately 40,000 gross square feet (gsf). Space is provided for retail banking, offices, conferencing, a break room and fitness room.

Supporting the building is parking on the site for approximately 167 cars. The project also includes a drive through retail banking operation with 3 traffic lanes – 2 for deposits and one for ATM use.

I enjoyed working with SHA on the Canopy Street Project. It was a very complex project which required both large scale design thought as well as a focus on small details.
