Sinclair Hille Architects provided architectural design services to Great Plains Beef for the design of their Certified Piedmontese Corporate Headquarters Office Building in Lincoln, Nebraska. The two-story building was designed utilizing some of the latest technologies in energy efficient design materials and systems with the goal of achieving LEED® Gold certification. On the exterior, the use of natural materials including cedar and stone for the siding and wood timber columns emphasize the company’s strong connections to ranching and create an agrarian chic aesthetic. The interior uses of the building include office space, retail space that will offer Certified Piedmontese beef products to the public, and an event space with a full commercial kitchen.
