Wilderness Woods

Sinclair Hille Architects provided design services to The Ridge Development Company for the first phases of the Wilderness Woods Office Development located adjacent Wilderness Ridge Golf Course in Lincoln, Nebraska. This phase of development included eight free-standing buildings comprising 150,000 s.f. of office space.

Essential to the design of the eight buildings was their integration into the established “wilderness” landscape theme and compatibility with the rustic architectural character (stone and timber) of the Wilderness Ridge golf clubhouse. Innovative solutions to tenant leasing options, building placement, exterior material selection, and landscape integration were all thoughtfully produced to create a successful project. Unique to this type of office development was the “U” shaped floor plan that allows for a central common landscaped entry courtyard for all tenants.
