Lied Place Residences

Lied Place Residences

Lied Place is a 20 story residential tower planned at one of Downtown Lincoln’s most premier and yet historically challenging sites. In the early 1990s the city of Lincoln, under the leadership of then mayor Mike Johanns, constructed a parking garage across the street from the Lied Center for Performing Arts. Along the street a skinny piece of land measuring 33x164 feet was reserved with hopes that a mixed use project would be built. Now, nearly 25 years later, that dream is coming to fruition under the leadership of Tam Allan and Lied Place Development, LLC.

A ground-floor restaurant, several stories of office space, and 40 luxury condominiums will look out across the city, with showstopping views of Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Haymarket Park (cue the fireworks!) and the Capitol. In the video fly-throughs Sinclair Hille used drone photography from Red Thread as backgrounds to our 3D modeled units, accurately portraying the incredible real-life views. Sinclair Hille Architects is proud to be providing interior architecture for this skyline-changing project.
