Lincoln Federal Savings Bank Corporate Headquarters

The new Lincoln Federal Savings Bank Corporate Headquarters is located on the corner of 84th & Van Dorn in Lincoln, Nebraska. Designed for comfort, efficiency and flexibility, this building will encourage collaborative work and also provide for private work areas. The interior is open and free of obstructions while smaller spaces such as offices will line the perimeter and distribute natural light into the building. Currently under construction, this 28,000 sq. ft. facility will also feature a board room, a multi-purpose room, and a large lower-level break room. The project is scheduled to be complete in the spring of 2020.

I enjoyed working with SHA on the Canopy Street Project. It was a very complex project which required both large scale design thought as well as a focus on small details.
