Congratulations Midwest Bank on a successful VIP event showcasing your incredible new space! Located at the corner of 70th and Pioneers in Lincoln, NE, this project has been a labor of love aimed at redefining the banking experience while revitalizing the community's landscape. 

In collaboration with Midwest Bank, our team at Sinclair Hille Architects led the renovation of the former Shelter Insurance field office building into a beautiful space for Midwest Bank and Shelter Insurance. The goal was to create a dynamic, modern space that not only elevates the bank's presence but also enhances the surrounding neighborhood.

Highlights of the project include:

• A striking new front entryway designed to welcome customers with warmth and sophistication
• Thoughtful removal of existing structures to make way for a sleek drive-thru canopy, ensuring convenience without compromising on style 
• Enhanced visibility and aesthetic appeal, achieved through careful attention to detail and innovative design solutions
