Sinclair Hille Architects is delighted to celebrate the first working anniversary of Anne Rosales, a licensed architect with an impressive record of accomplishments in the field. Serving as a key member of our team, Anne has not only brought her expertise to the forefront but has also made significant contributions to projects that resonate with the community.
Anne Rosales holds licenses as an architect in both Nebraska and Texas, and she is a LEED Green Associate, showcasing her commitment to sustainable and environmentally conscious design. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Design and Master of Architecture from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL), establishing a solid foundation for her career.
Her diverse portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on data centers and higher education facilities. Currently, Anne is an essential part of the project team overseeing the development of the new UNL Glenn Korff School of Music, an endeavor that holds special significance for her.
Reflecting on her first year at Sinclair Hille Architects, Anne shared, "Working on the UNL School of Music, which is within walking distance from our office, and watching construction progress daily has been my most memorable moment. It is especially exciting to work on a project and be able to see the project develop before your eyes."
What sets Anne apart is not just her technical expertise but also her passion for contributing to the community through her work. When asked about what she loves most about her career, Anne stated, "I love being able to contribute to projects that benefit my community. Knowing my work improves the lives of those around me is extremely fulfilling. I look forward to continuing to offer great design to the city of Lincoln and beyond."
Sinclair Hille Architects is grateful for Anne's dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence. Her positive impact on the team and her community-focused approach to architecture make her an invaluable asset. As we celebrate Anne Rosales' first year with us, we look forward to many more years of collaboration and success.
