On Friday, February 21, Sinclair Hille Architects continued our twice-yearly tradition of offering high school students an architectural job shadow program. This program is set up for students in career, educational planning, and architectural drafting courses to shadow an architect in our office. In shadowing a single person, students do not always get to see the full breadth of the profession. The goal of our program, therefore, is to offer students contact with multiple professionals serving in a variety of roles within an office environment.

Students participated in a design charette, used 3D goggles to explore a current project in virtual reality, visited with architects about their day-to-day experiences, and heard about the career path & training process.
