Lied Place Press Conference
Mayor Chris Beutler announced plans for a new 20-story skyscraper to be constructed across from the Lied Center for Performing Arts. Developed by Tam Allan and Lied Place Development, LLC, the $30 million dollar building fulfills city goals nearly 25 years in the making, dating back to a plan from 1994 when Mike Johanns was mayor. Sinclair Hille Architects is pleased to be providing interior architecture for the ground-floor restaurant, 4,500 square feet of office space, and 40 luxury condominiums.
