Condominiums of Lied Place are Nearing Completion
Condominiums of Lied Place are Nearing Completion
In the early 1990s, the city of Lincoln, under the leadership of then-mayor Mike Johanns, constructed a parking garage across the street from the Lied Center for Performing Arts, reserving only a tiny plot of land measuring 33 x 164 feet for a future mixed-use project. Nearly 25 years later, the 22-story tower is nearing completion of construction for the condominium portion of the building with showstopping views of Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Haymarket Park, and the Capitol.
Sinclair Hille Architects is proud to have provided our interior architecture services for this skyline-changing project. With a ground-floor restaurant, several stories of office space, and 37 luxury condominiums, the building currently sits as the second tallest structure in Lincoln.
