Midwest Bank Corporate Headquarters

The new Midwest Bank Corporate Headquarters and administrative office building will be located in Norfolk, Nebraska at the southwest corner of Highway 275 & 25th Street. Currently under construction, this new facility is on land that is yet undeveloped but has been Master Planned for office and future commercial / retail uses. The Bank is the first  building on this property and will be a 3-story structure above grade level of approximately 40,000 gross square feet (gsf). Space will be provided for retail banking, offices, conferencing, a break room and fitness room. No basement area is currently planned for the building. Supporting the building will be parking on the site for approximately 167 cars. The project will include a drive through retail banking operation with 3 traffic lanes – 2 for deposits and one for ATM use.
